Cashed Terms and Conditions

Effective date: 23 June 2026

1. About these Terms

These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of:

  • the website at cashed.fun;
  • the Cashed dashboard, applications and trading interfaces;
  • Cashed evaluation, challenge, instant and funded account programmes;
  • simulated prediction-market, cryptocurrency, perpetual, financial and other market environments;
  • rewards, XP, affiliate, referral and promotional programmes; and
  • any other products or services made available by Cashed.

These Terms form a legally binding agreement between you and Cashed Ltd (company number 17256234), contactable at legal@cashed.fun.

In these Terms, “Cashed”, “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Cashed Ltd. “You” and “your” refer to the person accessing or using the Services. By creating an account, purchasing a programme, accessing the platform or otherwise using the Services, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to these Terms.

2. Important nature of the Services

2.1 Simulated environment

Unless we expressly state otherwise in writing, trading activity conducted through Cashed takes place in a simulated or notional environment. Account balances, positions, profits, losses, buying power, market exposure and performance displayed within the Cashed platform are simulated records. They do not represent funds held on your behalf. You do not obtain legal or beneficial ownership of any cryptocurrency, prediction-market contract, perpetual contract, futures contract, security, commodity, currency, token, betting position or other underlying financial or digital asset merely by entering a simulated trade through Cashed.

2.2 No customer investment account

Cashed does not hold programme fees as deposits for investment or trading on your behalf. Payments made to Cashed are fees for access to the relevant programme, technology, evaluation environment and associated services. They are not deposits into a brokerage account, investments managed by Cashed, stakes placed on your behalf, funds held in trust, savings products or guaranteed-return arrangements.

2.3 Payouts are conditional rewards

Any payout is a contractual, performance-based reward subject to these Terms, the rules of the relevant account, successful identity and compliance checks, verification of your trading activity, the absence of prohibited conduct, the applicable payout limits and schedules, and final approval by Cashed’s risk and compliance teams. A displayed profit, account balance, cash-out amount or estimated payout does not create an unconditional debt owed by Cashed.

2.4 No advice

Cashed does not provide financial, investment, trading, gambling, tax or legal advice. Market data, probabilities, prices, charts, news, statistics, content and other information are provided for general informational and simulated trading purposes and must not be treated as recommendations or assurances regarding future outcomes.

3. Eligibility

You may use the Services only if you are at least 18 years old; you have legal capacity to enter into a contract; using the Services is lawful where you are located; you are not located in a restricted territory; you are not subject to applicable sanctions or trade restrictions; you are not using the Services on behalf of another person without our written permission; all information you provide is complete, accurate and current; and you successfully complete any identity, age, residency, fraud-prevention or compliance checks requested by Cashed. You are responsible for establishing whether your use of the Services is lawful in your jurisdiction. Cashed may refuse registration or access where we reasonably believe that providing the Services would expose Cashed, its users or its partners to legal, regulatory, security or reputational risk.

4. Restricted territories

The Services are unavailable in any jurisdiction where offering or using them would be unlawful or would require a licence or authorisation that Cashed does not hold. Cashed may maintain and update a restricted-territories list, and may block or terminate access based on residency, citizenship, physical location, payment origin, IP address, sanctions status or other compliance considerations. You must not use a VPN, proxy, remote desktop, false address or other method to conceal or misrepresent your location. Attempting to bypass geographical restrictions is a material breach of these Terms.

5. Account registration

You may hold only one personal Cashed user profile unless we give you written permission to operate additional profiles. You must provide accurate registration information, maintain control of your registered email address, use a secure password, enable any required security features, keep your credentials confidential, promptly update changed information, and notify us immediately of suspected unauthorised access. Your Cashed account is personal to you and must not be sold, assigned, transferred, lent or shared. You are responsible for activity carried out through your account unless it resulted directly from a security failure attributable to Cashed.

6. Identity verification and compliance checks

Cashed may require verification before or after opening an account, purchasing a programme, accessing a funded account, requesting a payout, receiving affiliate commission, redeeming substantial rewards or making material account changes. Checks may include identity, age, address and liveness verification; device and IP analysis; payment-wallet verification; sanctions and politically-exposed-person screening; source-of-funds or source-of-wealth information; trading-pattern analysis; and fraud or duplicate-account screening. You must provide requested information within the stated period. Failure or refusal may result in restricted access, payout delays, programme cancellation or account termination. We may use specialist third-party providers to conduct these checks.

7. Programme purchases

Before purchasing a programme, you must review its price, account size, evaluation structure, profit target, drawdown limits, payout conditions, permitted markets, maximum position or risk limits, holding-time requirements, consistency requirements, prohibited strategies and any account-specific restrictions. The rules displayed at checkout or within the account dashboard form part of these Terms. The specific rules in force when an account is purchased normally apply to that account; however, we may make changes reasonably necessary to comply with law or regulation, address fraud or platform abuse, correct an obvious error, protect market integrity, respond to a data-provider change or prevent material harm. We will not retroactively alter a completed and valid trading result merely to avoid a properly earned payout.

8. Account types

Cashed may offer different account types, including Standard, Flex, Instant or other programmes, each with different funding multipliers, challenge stages, risk rules, payout splits, payout frequencies, profit targets, drawdown limits, maximum exposure, permitted strategies and pricing. Product names are descriptive programme labels. The use of terms such as “funded”, “capital”, “funded balance” or “account size” does not mean that the displayed account value is deposited into an account owned by you.

9. Trading rules

You must comply with the rules displayed for your account at all times. Rules may include daily and maximum drawdown limits, minimum trading-day requirements, minimum position-holding periods, maximum stake or risk per trade, maximum open exposure, position concentration limits, restrictions around market settlement and data delays, consistency requirements, limits on simultaneous and correlated positions, permitted market categories, restrictions during technical incidents and payout eligibility requirements. Unless the account rules expressly state otherwise, drawdown and risk calculations may be based on realised and unrealised profit and loss. A breach may be determined using Cashed’s server records, which take priority over locally displayed information where there is a genuine discrepancy.

10. Prediction-market settlement

Prediction-market results are settled using the outcome and resolution supplied by the relevant market operator, oracle, exchange, data provider or resolution source designated on the platform. Markets may be resolved as successful or unsuccessful, settled early, postponed, cancelled, voided, split, amended, disputed or subject to delayed resolution. Where an underlying market is closed or resolved, Cashed may automatically close the corresponding simulated position using the latest valid price, settlement value or resolution outcome available to Cashed. If an underlying provider reverses or amends a result, Cashed may make a corresponding correction. Cashed is not responsible for the wording, conduct or resolution decisions of an independent underlying market operator.

11. Market data and execution

Market prices may be obtained from third-party sources, including exchanges, market operators, APIs, oracle systems and data providers. Prices displayed by Cashed may differ from prices shown elsewhere because of network or data-provider latency, aggregation, market suspension, liquidity differences, rounding, provider outages, caching, websocket disconnections or technical processing time. An order is not accepted merely because it appears on your device; it is accepted when recorded as completed by Cashed’s systems. We may reject, cancel, adjust or reverse a simulated transaction where the price was clearly erroneous, the underlying market was already closed or suspended, the order relied on stale or corrupted data, the order exceeded an account limit, a technical malfunction occurred, the order constituted prohibited conduct, or honouring the result would produce an outcome materially inconsistent with the genuine underlying market. We will act reasonably and consider available provider and server records before making an adjustment.

12. Prohibited conduct

You must not: share, sell or transfer an account; allow another person to trade for you or trade through another person’s account; operate duplicate or disguised accounts; use false identity or payment details; conceal your location; exploit a platform bug, pricing error or data delay; trade on information known to have been incorrectly displayed; manipulate or attempt to manipulate an underlying market; coordinate positions between accounts to avoid risk limits; use opposing accounts to guarantee or manufacture a result; copy trades between unrelated users; use unauthorised automated trading systems; scrape, reverse engineer or interfere with the platform; overload or disrupt Cashed systems; use stolen funds, compromised wallets or unlawful proceeds; engage in money laundering, fraud or sanctions evasion; submit false payout, affiliate or reward claims; abuse discounts, refunds, chargebacks, XP or promotions; threaten or abuse Cashed staff, contractors or users; or use the Services for any illegal or unauthorised purpose. Automation may be permitted only where Cashed expressly supports and authorises it.

13. Copy trading and coordinated trading

Unless expressly permitted under the relevant account rules, the following are prohibited: copying trades from another Cashed user; permitting another person or service to copy your Cashed trades; using an account-management service; mirroring trades across accounts owned by different individuals; coordinating substantially identical entries and exits; group hedging designed to guarantee that one account succeeds; and purchasing or using pre-programmed strategies designed specifically to exploit Cashed’s rules. You may use your own strategy across accounts genuinely owned and controlled by you, provided it is permitted under the applicable programme rules and does not circumvent exposure or payout limits.

14. Technical exploits and price latency

You must not intentionally profit from stale prices, frozen feeds, incorrectly resolved markets, delayed settlement, duplicated orders, incorrect balances, broken risk controls, API errors, data-provider discrepancies or any other obvious technical malfunction. You must notify Cashed promptly if you become aware of a material vulnerability or error. Profits generated through deliberate exploitation may be removed, and serious or repeated exploitation may result in termination without payout or refund.

15. Account breaches

An account may be treated as breached where a drawdown or other risk limit is exceeded, a prohibited strategy is used, a minimum holding-time rule is broken, identity or account-sharing rules are violated, the account is used from a prohibited territory, payment fraud or chargeback abuse occurs, or another material programme rule is breached. A breached trading account may be closed immediately. A trading-account breach does not necessarily terminate your main Cashed profile, but serious, intentional or repeated violations may result in platform-wide suspension or termination.

16. Payout eligibility

To request and receive a payout, you must meet the relevant account’s profit and trading requirements; have no outstanding rule breach; complete all required verification; submit the request using the approved method; provide a wallet or payment destination controlled by you; pass fraud, risk and compliance checks; and satisfy any minimum or maximum payout threshold. Cashed may review trade histories, device data, IP and location records, correlated-account patterns, payment records, market data, account access logs and identity information before approving a payout.

17. Payout calculations

Payouts are calculated according to the profit split and payout rules applicable to your programme. Cashed may deduct the portion of profit retained by Cashed, amounts resulting from corrected or invalid trades, blockchain network fees, disclosed payment-processing fees, legally required tax withholding, outstanding debts owed to Cashed, and amounts obtained through prohibited conduct. Cashed will not impose an undisclosed deduction simply to avoid paying a valid claim.

18. Payout processing

Approved payouts will normally be sent to your nominated supported wallet or payment destination. Processing times are estimates, not guarantees, and delays may arise from identity checks, trading reviews, blockchain congestion, wallet screening, provider outages, compliance enquiries, inaccurate payment information or legal restrictions. You are responsible for supplying the correct wallet address and network. A blockchain transfer sent to the address and network you supplied will be treated as properly completed; blockchain transactions are generally irreversible, and Cashed is not responsible for losses caused by an incorrect address or unsupported network provided by you.

19. Taxes

You are responsible for determining, reporting and paying any taxes, duties or charges arising from payouts, affiliate commissions, rewards, XP benefits, crypto receipts or your use of the Services. Cashed does not provide tax advice. We may disclose payment or account information where required by tax law, court order or another binding legal obligation.

20. Fees and crypto payments

Programme fees are displayed at checkout. Crypto payments may be processed by an independent provider, and the amount received must satisfy the checkout invoice after applicable network and processing requirements. You are responsible for selecting the correct cryptocurrency and blockchain network, sending the precise required amount, paying applicable network fees, completing payment within the invoice period and ensuring the payment does not originate from unlawful activity. Payments sent using an unsupported token or network may be permanently lost, and Cashed is not required to recover an incorrectly transmitted crypto payment where recovery is impossible or would create disproportionate cost or risk.

21. Refunds and cancellation rights

21.1 General refund policy

Except where required by law, programme fees are non-refundable once account credentials have been issued, you have accessed the trading environment, you have placed a simulated order, the programme has been breached, a promotional benefit has been redeemed, or the relevant digital service has otherwise begun at your request.

21.2 UK and EEA consumers

Where you have a statutory cancellation right, you may normally cancel an eligible distance contract within 14 days. By requesting immediate account activation or access to digital content or services, you expressly request that performance begin during the cancellation period. Where applicable law permits, you acknowledge that you may lose your cancellation right once digital content has been supplied, or may be required to pay a proportionate amount for services supplied before cancellation. Nothing in these Terms removes a refund, repair, repeat-performance or other remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded.

21.3 Duplicate or failed purchases

Contact support@cashed.fun promptly regarding a duplicate payment, failed activation or materially defective account.

22. Chargebacks and payment disputes

You must contact Cashed and allow us a reasonable opportunity to investigate before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute. A fraudulent or dishonest chargeback may result in account suspension, cancellation of trading accounts, withholding of unpaid rewards connected to the disputed purchase, recovery action and reporting to relevant providers or authorities. This section does not prevent you from exercising legitimate legal or payment-provider rights.

23. Promotions and discount codes

Promotions may be subject to separate rules. Unless stated otherwise: promotions cannot be combined; discounts have no cash value; codes may be limited by account, person, household, wallet or device; retroactive application is not available; Cashed may withdraw a promotion before purchase; promotional abuse may result in cancellation; and an obvious pricing or discount error does not bind Cashed. We will not remove a promotional benefit after purchase unless it was obtained through error, misrepresentation or abuse.

24. XP and rewards

Cashed may allow users to earn points, experience points or “XP” through specified activities. XP is a contractual platform reward; it is not money, cryptocurrency or stored value; it is not transferable; it cannot be withdrawn as cash; it has no value outside Cashed; it may be subject to expiry; it may be limited to certain products; and it may be removed where obtained fraudulently or in error. Redemption limits displayed at the time of redemption apply. Cashed may amend or discontinue the XP programme on reasonable notice; a change will not remove a completed redemption or deny an already confirmed purchase without a valid reason.

25. Affiliate and referral programme

Participation is subject to approval. Affiliates must make truthful and accurate statements, disclose their commercial relationship with Cashed, comply with advertising and consumer-protection requirements, avoid spam and unsolicited communications, avoid misleading earnings claims, avoid impersonating Cashed, avoid bidding on restricted brand terms where prohibited, avoid self-referrals and related-party referrals, avoid cookie stuffing or attribution manipulation, and comply with any affiliate rules supplied by Cashed. Commission is earned only on valid, cleared and non-refunded qualifying purchases. Cashed may withhold or reverse commission connected to refunds, chargebacks, fraud, duplicate customers, self-referrals, prohibited advertising, invalid attribution or other programme abuse. Unless agreed otherwise in writing, commission rates and tier thresholds may be updated prospectively.

26. Marketing communications

Where legally permitted, Cashed may send service messages necessary to administer your account. Promotional emails, SMS messages and similar marketing will be sent in accordance with applicable consent and opt-out requirements. You may unsubscribe from promotional marketing at any time, but cannot opt out of essential security, transactional or legal communications while maintaining an active account.

27. Intellectual property

All intellectual-property rights in the Services belong to Cashed or its licensors, including rights in software, user interfaces, designs, branding, graphics, text, databases, analytics, platform features, account rules and original content. Cashed grants you a limited, personal, revocable, non-exclusive and non-transferable right to access the Services for their intended purpose. You must not copy, resell, sublicense, reproduce, modify, distribute, reverse engineer or commercially exploit the Services without written permission.

28. User content

Where you submit reviews, comments, profile information, screenshots, testimonials or other content, you confirm that you have the right to submit it; it is accurate to the best of your knowledge; it does not infringe another person’s rights; it is not unlawful or misleading; and it does not contain malicious code. You grant Cashed a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive licence to host, reproduce and display that content for operating and promoting the Services. We will obtain any consent required before using your name, image or personal testimonial in paid advertising.

29. Third-party services

Cashed may integrate with third-party services, including market-data providers, prediction-market operators, exchanges, charting providers, blockchain networks, wallet-screening providers, identity-verification providers, analytics providers, hosting providers, email providers and payment processors. Third-party services are not controlled by Cashed, and their availability and accuracy may change without notice. Your direct use of a third-party website, wallet or service is governed by that provider’s terms.

30. Availability and maintenance

We aim to provide a reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability. We may suspend or restrict the Services for maintenance, security, legal compliance, data-provider issues, excessive load, market disruption, blockchain incidents or technical emergencies. Where reasonably possible, planned maintenance will be communicated in advance. If a prolonged failure materially prevents you from using a purchased programme, Cashed may provide an extension, replacement account, credit or another reasonable remedy.

31. Suspension and termination

Cashed may suspend, restrict or terminate your account where we reasonably believe you have materially breached these Terms, your account has been compromised, you have engaged in fraud or prohibited conduct, continued access creates regulatory or security risk, you have failed required verification, you are in a restricted territory, you have abused staff or other users, or suspension is required by law or a service provider. Where appropriate, we will explain the reason and allow you to appeal. Immediate action may be taken without prior notice where necessary to prevent fraud, security harm, market abuse or legal violations.

32. Effect of termination

Following termination, your right to use the Services ends; active trading accounts may be closed; access to platform content may be withdrawn; unearned XP or promotional credits may expire; and valid outstanding obligations remain enforceable. A termination will not automatically remove an approved payout validly earned before termination, unless that payout was connected to fraud, a breach or prohibited conduct. Provisions concerning intellectual property, confidentiality, liability, disputes, taxes and accrued rights survive termination.

33. Complaints and appeals

Complaints should be sent to support@cashed.fun and include your full name, registered email address, challenge or account ID, a clear description of the issue, relevant dates and supporting evidence. Trading-rule and payout appeals should normally be submitted within 14 days of the decision. Cashed will investigate complaints fairly using account, market and server records.

34. Risk acknowledgement

You acknowledge that success in a simulation does not guarantee success in a live market; market prices and probabilities can change rapidly; data may be delayed or unavailable; prediction-market outcomes may be disputed; cryptoassets and blockchain transfers involve technical risk; programme fees may be lost if you fail the applicable rules; payouts are conditional rather than guaranteed; platform access may be interrupted; and regulatory changes may affect available products or territories. You must not purchase a programme using money required for essential living costs.

35. Disclaimers

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Services are provided on an “as available” basis. Cashed does not guarantee that you will pass an evaluation, earn a payout, that market data will always be accurate or uninterrupted, that every market will remain available, that a particular asset, event or contract will settle at a particular time, that simulated performance can be replicated elsewhere, or that the Services will meet every individual objective. Nothing in these Terms excludes statutory obligations that cannot legally be excluded.

36. Limitation of liability

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, breach of obligations that cannot lawfully be limited, or any other liability the law does not permit us to exclude. Subject to the above, Cashed will not be liable for indirect or consequential losses, including loss of opportunity, anticipated profit, business, goodwill or data. Cashed is not responsible for losses caused by incorrect wallet information supplied by you, your breach of account rules, independent blockchain or wallet failures, independent data-provider or market-operator decisions, unlawful use of the Services, unauthorised access caused by your failure to protect credentials, or events beyond our reasonable control. Where legally permitted, Cashed’s aggregate liability arising from a particular purchased programme will not exceed the greater of the fee paid for that programme or £100. This limitation does not affect any non-excludable consumer rights or any valid payout already approved and due under the programme rules.

37. Indemnity

Where you use the Services in the course of a business, you agree to compensate Cashed for reasonable losses, liabilities and costs caused by your unlawful use of the Services, your material breach of these Terms, infringement of another person’s rights, or fraudulent activity carried out through your account. This section does not apply to consumers to the extent that it would be unfair or unlawful.

38. Changes to the Services

We may change, replace or discontinue features to improve the Services, address security issues, comply with law or respond to third-party changes. Where a change materially reduces a paid service during its active term, we will provide a reasonable remedy where required, such as continued access to an equivalent service, an extension, replacement or appropriate refund.

39. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the website, dashboard or your registered email address. Changes will normally apply prospectively, and continuing to use the Services after the stated effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. Changes will not retroactively remove accrued rights or permit Cashed to avoid a validly earned obligation.

40. Transfer of rights

You may not transfer your rights under these Terms without our written consent. Cashed may transfer its rights and obligations to an affiliated company or purchaser of the relevant business, provided that doing so does not materially reduce your legal protections.

41. Events outside our control

Cashed is not responsible for delay or failure caused by events beyond its reasonable control, including internet or power failures, cyberattacks, natural disasters, war or civil disorder, government action, blockchain disruption, provider failure, market suspension, sanctions, labour disputes or changes in law. We will take reasonable steps to reduce the impact of such an event.

42. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found unlawful or unenforceable, that provision will be modified to the minimum extent necessary or treated as deleted, and the remaining provisions will continue in effect.

43. No waiver

A delay or failure by Cashed to enforce a right does not waive that right.

44. Entire agreement

These Terms, the relevant programme rules, the Privacy Policy and any specific promotional terms constitute the agreement between you and Cashed concerning the Services.

45. Third-party rights

Unless expressly stated otherwise, no person other than you and Cashed has the right to enforce these Terms under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act 1999.

46. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. If you are a consumer, you may also benefit from mandatory legal protections in your country of residence. The courts of England and Wales will have jurisdiction, although a consumer may be entitled to bring proceedings in the courts of their place of residence.
